How do I open a drawing?
Use YCAD's file-opening option to select a DWG or DXF file from your device or an available file location.
Why does my file not open or display correctly?
File compatibility can depend on the drawing's format, version, size, and contents. Try opening a different DWG or DXF file to narrow down the issue. If the issue persists, contact support with your device model, operating system version, and a description of the problem.
Do I need an account?
No. YCAD does not require account registration.
Are my drawings uploaded?
No. YCAD processes the files you choose to open locally on your device and does not upload your drawings to our servers.
